It's not hot at all... It's stupid. The only reason why you want to let a woman tie you up is to let her do to you whatever she wants, but she has to DO SOMETHING. Old ass response, but no, #356322. It's the activity of denying him the attention that is arousing to some people. She gets the freedom to do what she wants, she isn't in bondage and therefore doesn't have her movement restricted. She gets to enjoy a popsicle while watching TV and lying on a comfortable couch while he has to remain tied up, in front of an open window with the sun shining on him, and on the uncomfortable floor until SHE allows him to move or gets bored enough to play with him, possibly have sex with him if she gets horny and if he's lucky. You'll notice he isn't gagged, she probably enjoys him begging for release or to cum since she's no doubt edged him to get him horny.
She's not going to just leave him there forever and not do anything to him, but he's clearly her slave. She doesn't have to constantly give him attention if she doesn't want to.
