So the pixiv source doesn't have a tag for the character's name, what it does have though is tags that imply this is a male character pretending to be a female one. Armed with this new knowledge... I have no idea how this should be tagged. Male character pretending to be a female character doing the male swimwear challenge (a crossdressing thing). I'd have changed it to "1boy" and "crossdressing" but that doesn't quite feel right.
