I can't actually tolerate these kinds of images unless you can imagine on some level that it's consensual... if this was real, it would just be horribly disturbing and not appealing at all.

Ultimately it depends on the image. This one I can imagine being consensual (though this couple must be into some really hardcore stuff). But some of the other images from the same artist are just way too much. It breaks the fantasy.
