I wouldn't totally deny the possibility of a Thrall/Jaina relationship, though I don't think it likely.

More to the point, this is proof positive that Arthas is an idiot. When you're banging this, you LISTEN when she tells you not to massacre an entire city of innocents, you do NOT whine like a baby and run away to Northrend. Arthas doesn't deserve her. Thrall does. Whether he gets her or not, only time will tell.
