It's not, it's a recoilless gun. Gelbooru won't let me remove the rocket launcher tag from such weapons.
Long story short, a rocket projectile will use rocket propulsion hence the name (missiles do too, the difference is a missile is guided while rockets aren't). The AT4 is pretty much a man portable, shoulder fired mini-artillery cannon, the projectile is a large bullet or cannon/artillery shell that is pushed out with traditional gun powder and has no rocket flying it.

Firing a gun releases roughly the same endorphin kick as an orgasm - it's not that hard for me to see why someone would conflate firearms and porn in that light.
It's still a silly argument to be having here. Though now I suspect I could make a killing on a website featuring lolis with guns. Gunbooru.
