i assume the blue bar is "mana" point,so the PP system would be eliminated. which would be complicated,so if you spam a single move and your "mana" point runs out,you'll be unable to use other moves,despite you never used it beforehand.
plus the whole true RPG system is confusing; how would you alternate controlling the trainer and the pokemon,and if you're in a pokebattle,would the trainer susceptible of friendly fires?
think i stick with good old turn-based event.
