I appreciate the focus on the cunnilingus, but obviously who made this thing never bothered to get information on the Sororitas or WH40K in general to begin with, since
1) this sororitas' face looks like a man, while the sororitas are women from head to toe;
2) I seriously doubt any spees mareen possesses any functional genital organ after taking the primarch seed;
3) the Sororitas HATE the Spees Mareen. They might be allies in some sense since they fight for the same cause, But they hate the men who needed to enhance themselves and become mechanical/biological monsters to become better while the Sororitas never did that to begin with. They're strong, but they're still 1000% human, and that's because they're strong. Because women, generally speaking, thanks to their own bodies have an higher resistance to things like poison, shock, etc. etc. etc.
Hence, even with the Sororitas being permitted by law to fuck anybody they want (including a fellow Sororitas), the possibility of them being even slightly interested in having sex with a Spees Marine is non-existant by default.
