you need to work on her expression.-

her expression makes her look dead inside. but who knows maybe that's what you were going for, in which case then good job you nailed it.

This isn't the right place to speak to the artist.
This said, I don't have the same impression you have. she has a kind of a.. "carefree" (not sure of the word) expression, but I won't say it's soulless.
knowing the character, I find it just fine
