It isn't a genderswap since we don't know what gender the character is. While we do indeed tag the character with "other", I'd argue that this is wrong since that tag is applied to characters that has no gender. This character however does, we simply don't know what it is.

Yeah, but don't forget that the artist can draw anything that he wants, even if it is accurate or not. And since Najimi has no gender, it doesn't really matter how is drawn.
