She does appear in P3P with two short scenes, but only in Kimiko's (The female protagonist's) story, where she and the Tennis/ Volleyball team, go to Yasoinaba, where they stayed at the Amagi Inn. Honestly, it's what first really made me want to play P4 and in effect, Yukiko was my favourite character. Chie was also briefly mentioned naturally since they're best friends. Obviously since P3 was 2 years prior to P4, Yukiko is only in middle school, hence why she looks so young.
