The strange lump and giant clit just showed up in Spunky Knight Extreme. She didn't have it in the original Spunky Knight comic.

She also doesn't get the cowper's gland, clit urethra, testes, or ability to ejaculate from her massive clit until the very end of Spunky Knight XXX, when the final boss gets her into his lab, subdues her, and 'modifies' her. She wakes up with the new extra equipment and the ability to ejaculate from her clit.

So, the origin of the giant clit and giant lump above it remain a mystery, I guess. IMO, it was just a whim of the character's creator.
