I think I see the connection. Both are Wi-fi distributed pokemon, and McDonald's locations in Japan have Wi-fi (some in America do, too). Jirachi specifically was made out to be a draw-in in McDonald's commercials.

In any case, wouldn't Mew want to has cheeseburger?

Aren't all legendary pokemon genderless? (Except Latias and Latios) I've caught just about all of them and they never have a gender on the games. So much for breeding them into a Super-Pokemon. But whatever. This pic is... uh... IDK what's the word? (No, not cute)
