This girl is 'almost' cosplay perfection. Woulda given her a 10/10 if she'd so much as stuffed socks down her shirt. Maybe its just a girl thing to typically ignore one of the most outstanding features of a character like this (Mai Shiranui, Ivy, Tsunade, etc) Gifted chests like that don't just simply dissappear out the equation because the one copying isn't as naturally endowed. Improvise dammit. 9/10.
