I don't find this remotely sexy, but it's pretty tame considered to a lot of really awful stuff out there. Frankly, I'd rather people draw and look at art of these kinds of kinks than potentially try and do them in real life.

You might want to blacklist the asphyxiation tag in your settings so you won't see more of this in the future.
