This doesn't make much sense though. EUDict gives a translation of "ishi" meaning "death by hanging", so maybe it's referring to the fact that she's hanging? It's hard to tell because there's no kanji.

A similar problem is why Awaki doesn't warp herself. It was implied in the manga version that if she didn't move after screwing up the teleport, she could have gotten through it anyway.
So this could be the result of teleporting incorrectly, and then panicking and trying to escape physically rather than a second teleportation.
