Personally, I think that dudes that like futas are straight (with exceptions). I think why they like futas probably has something to do with penis envy (not "envy" in the sense of jealousy but more like fascination I think), since most futas are unrealistically hung, more often resembling some kind of fertility symbol than an actual person.
Additionally, the thought of having two orgasms at the same time might be a draw, since (one would imagine) the pleasure would be extremely intense. For men that like futas I would imagine that either the thought of experiencing that situation or the thought of stimulating another to experience that situation would be extremely arousing.
And besides they always draw the most adorable faces on futas that are coming. >:D
