The fact so many shells are in the air at once before the first one even hits the ground indicates, at least to me, in my opinion, that this is the full-auto version of the SRM Arms 1216, the MLE-12.

Or she could just be pulling the trigger real fast. I know there is a fully automatic version but I've seen videos of people firing that fast and the shells stay in the air for a surprisingly long time.

Also to answer your question, each tube only fits 4 rounds, and there's 4 sell casings in the air.

Yes and no. Each magazine is 4 tubes and each tube can hold 4 rounds, so that's 16 rounds, you just gotta pause between every 4 rounds to rotate the magazine. One you've used up all the rounds you can press a button the front to quickly replace the empty quad-tube rotating magazine with another fully loaded one.
The reason for this arbitrary 4 shots, pause, rotate, 4 shots, rinse and repeat is to comply with California's now high capacity weapons ban. So this is weird loophole, its technically high capacity but you have to pause every four shots.
