You need to look at the tag definition for rape @oxymoron_02, this isn't rape, it's only sleep molestation. Rape is penetrative sexual acts on an unwilling participant. They haven't penetrated her yet, so it's only sleep molestation. The other image you commented on is rape, because they penetrate her.
