I checked the translation and it's good. The seeming typo/unfinished 'd' on there is a common occurrence in Japanese when somebody fails to finish what they're typing. It's implied then that she failed to finish her sentence due to being interrupted (by an orgasm). The full expected sentence would've been ごくろうさまです (gokurousama desu; where she ended on the 'd' portion before completing "desu").
