Not only does he have a point he is absolutely correct. Semen is secreted in the testes and then brought out through the shaft and shot out. Because she does not have balls she cannot spew semen, she can however still achieve an orgasm. In the real world, hermaphrodites are rarely able to even get erections much less ejaculate semen. But it's a drawing so who cares.

Well, technically only the sperm is created in the testes. The actual seminal fluid is secreted from three seperate parts of the male reproductive system located outside of the testes.
But yeah, this is a drawing so science does not apply anyways.
