Oh maniacal_tentacle_monster, how wrong you are. actually the body is not that of a anonymous black man but of the series protagonist, Kousuke, who is Japanese and, IMO if you've actually seen New Angel, looks like a tan Yusuke from Yuyu Hakusho. He aint black, just a japanese boy with a nice tan.
