as far as I can tell it says Touzushi. the closest I got that to an english word is this illustrated. (it was done with google translate, so be wary of it)
but it could be this illustration or this is illustrated. I'm not that good at japanese, so take a debate before doing anything else.

im not one to debate but im sure that that su doesn't have a tenten and that that "shi" is actualy a tsu, plus the u should be doubled. so in other words its touusutsu. still makes no sense.

The "tsu" is a sokuon, which indicates a quicker or more emphatic way of speaking when at the end of a phrase. Apparently it's simply a variation of the Tuusu/トゥース greeting gag by owarai Toshiaki Kasuka.
