For those wondering about the context:

It's from, as others have said, the Nami SOS hentai manga series, specifically from the "Naoko Black Bird" storyline, which is available online. The sex demon (the obvious one in the picture) has successfully fucked pretty much the entire cast, and was in the process of raping Naoko when Nami showed up. She's letting him suck her tits to weaken him, so that the other girls can show up and finish him off.

And yes, there's a new series, I think it's been completed, and I'm eagerly awaiting for when the entire thing will be available for download somewhere.
