I'm not sure tsundere fits...she isn't at first harsh with him because she has conflicted attraction to him which I think of as first stage tsundere...she is harsh with him because he is an outsider and she is protective of her people. She only doesn't kill him because she respects his bravery. This isn't to say that in fan fiction she couldn't be tsundere ;) in the movie I don't think she qualifies.

The Avatar movie is definitely a see it once and you're done with it kind of movie. The CG effects are amazing and the creativity behind the animals and the world are apparent and well thought out. However, once the novelty of the CG wears off, you're left with the sub-par scripting and predictable story that comes off as a sci-fi mesh of Pocahontas and Ferngully.
