I'm sure it varies from guy to guy, but I say yes. It's best to start with something small, and then work up bigger. Like a lot of things that become habitual, there's a desire to try more intense versions of it to keep the excitement going. But obviously there's a limit where it's too big that I wouldn't be able to take it anymore.
