Well Mr. smug, a video game isn't quite the same as reality either. In the Japanese reality of the game Poison actually IS a woman, as far as I know. So which "reality" is to pay credibility here? The Japanese or the American?
Is the imaginative character above, a guy that made the life changing decision that he really wanted to be a woman for the rest of his days, or a woman who has, by godly decision, been given the addition of male genitalia? And with "godly" I refer to that person who draw this picture.
(Hint: There's some Japanese writings on said picture)

God what is wrong with you people!? Poison's a newhalf! Do you know what that means? A guy who decided it would be cool to have his very own boobs and acquired them artificially.
Futanari are technically what the real world would call hermaphrodites. While over here we do use futanari to include both these types they are actually not the same thing. Newhalfs are still 100% male at the bottom. Futa aren't.

So according to Japan mister, Poison's even more of a man than his american counterpart. Please do your research and learn to read at least a little japanese before arguing your insipid point or you'll just look like an idiot.

For the record, though I said "as far as I know". I didn't claim that what I said is the ultimate truth (unlike you).
Now you just have to post this on every Poison pic on the whole of Gelbooru, so the noobs can stop their stupid arguing already.
