Uuuh I don't really get the evangelion side, maybe someone can explain this better. But the joke in the window is its meant to say RYBA (fish) on both windows, but the two signs are next to each other so it says RYRY BABA. And most people know BABA is how kids say grandma in Russian. Thats all I know.
I guess Rei is reading it and Asuka thinks she is saying it about her.
