I fucking hate foregrips on suppressors and yes there are guns that have that in real life. I would not want my hand anywhere near the end of the barrel. People have lost there fingers because the pump for some pump action shotguns went too far to the end of the barrel so naturally I can see someone shooting off their fingers with a foregrip that goes too far.
