Well, when I click the link, i get a 404 error, so idk what it is where supposed to be "seeing", in any event some have said here, hentai is just the japanese word for perversion, and, when it comes to anime, it means "adult" anime, so, it can be both hentai and anime at the same time, it just mean it wont air on tv, not on basic channels anyway.

I looked it up, its a manga/anime series thats labled as seinen (basically shounen for adults) and as well as ecchi (basically soft porn) and says right on it and that its meant for adults only, so i doubt it ever aired on tv, but rather went right to dvd, and the manga probly in specialty stores or adult section or something
