Yeah I had the same expression as you anon 1. I was like Tifa? Really I wouldn't think so maybe Rinoa from FF-8 maybe. Just never seen Tifa wear something like that but anon 3 point I guess I can see it. It wasn't a part that comes to mind when first looking at it.
