Well, Jin is ONLY nice to Tsubaki and no one else in the Series. You get my point?

In fact, it's the first time I've heard Jin Kisaragi say "I'm Sorry" to someone(In his Continuum Shift Arcade Mode).

Well anyways, we need MORE Jin X Tsubaki!!

It's not an appealing couple...Tsubaki is a plot device and the easiest way for discourage that Jin is gay for Ragna. Once you finish the true ending and aren't "OMG JIN <3333" You'll plainly see that she's being a catalyst for Jin to be sane. Not.Romantic.
