Well concidering aliens take on genetic properties of the host but dominently use the genes of their primery dna they wouold be very compatable I'd think, especialy in reserection when the queen gave live birth to an alien that resembled a human very strikingly, true though that the queen was cloned from riply (forgot how you spell her name) but still that's kind of what aliens do already, clone us...in a sense.

@anon 3 in theory if the female were a more evolved race than the male then there actually would be an offspring that formed but it would be either a horribly mutated mentally retarded abomination and would probably die after a few hours or it would have some kind of other mental defect that would cause it to be insane destroy a lot of stuff and the feds would step in and make it look like they killed it but instead be doing testing on it to find out how to make more and control them and if they did we'd all be screwed
