@sord The little "dumpling head things" are called Yukkuris. They're essentially the heads of Touhou characters; the one in this picture is Reimu Hakurei yukkuri. "Yukkuri Shiteitte ne" translates to "take it easy", which is why the heads look fat/relaxed. Blame the Touhou fanbase for creating them. =x
