US uses both those optics I recognize them from when I was in. The one in back is the cheap ones the standard joe gets CCO what we call them the front is the sometimes given Holo sights with are a bit better but require more batteries. they both do the same thing. so pointless even if they were a mag and a reticle sight the second sight would distort the first, easier to use the EO Tech optics for the same effect at less cost and less weight on the weapon. lots of crap on your weapon looks boss in a game when your not the one lugging it around for 4-6 hours or more on a patrol but for real soldiers its a bitch.
