In the anime, Misa tells him that eating cake and sweets makes you fat, and he in return said that as long as you use your brain well your body works harder to burn off the fat. Misa then said, "Are you calling me stupid?"

so whats that in misa's lunchbox i see some green stuff something yellow could be omelet they love there omelet but the in the stuff i think is rice she has something on them that looks like pills redwithblue one. what the heck?
