You are correct sir(or Madam) it would only make sense since the next images in the sequence involve her giving birth.

Funny how the most obvious things are overlooked sometimes, like forgetting to place the Nude tag on Pr0n based images that would apply.
In this case though it would kinda be difficult to tell with the slime factor and all.

Water broke, so that's why those streams of water are shooting out of here; makes perfect sense to me now.

If you look at the other picks, this is AFTER she gives birth, that puddle is her baby, melted.

there isnt any puddle before or during the birth.

@Chaosticket Actually, that's birth fluid. Another images has the baby whole and in attack mode.
