This girl's not dead and hasn't been strangled. She's playing dead, mimicking the pose on the porn magazine in the bottom left corner. The jump rope's loose around her neck and those are Tic Tac candies instead of pills.

Hopefully she doesn't fall asleep as she'll give her parents quite a scare if they see her like this.
