I would, definitely.
And yes, she's evil... this is one of the "monsters of the day" from Sailor Moon, and one of my personal favorites of the bunch. Added tags.

Thanks for the Tag Add(The Japanese name for Sailer Moon escapes me often due to lack of drive to remember it).
So, she has three names?
akumuda, jellax, and jamaranen?
Interesting, from what I gather the last two would seem to translate to Jelly and Jam, I assume that Muda might mean mold but I don't know for certain.
So, would it be safe to say that mayhaps she tastes like those names might imply? Mmm, Jelly or Jam Flavored. . . To bad Aku(which I understand to mean Evil) has a nasty taste to it Xp.
And at this time, I would like to inform whoever is interested, that it appears you actually 'can' physically hit a slimegirl.
I have seen this instance in action, but it was due to the mostly solid external coating 'shell?'(Thick Slime Skin, if you will) of the slimegirl in questions physical composition properties, which I find fascinating since she also had what appeared to be a transparent semiphysical slime bone structure and what also appeared to be, 'Slime Blood' along with other paraphernalial slime fluids & 'organs' to that paralleling normal human counterparts. Her densities respective to human areas appeared to behave much like normal humans, only not as bone solid though fairly solid enough to take an impact without penetrating/warping the slimegirls current structural integrity features herself; like that of deep & thick rubber. So Although you can hit them(probably shouldn't though, unless maybe 'hit' is used in a context of sexual innuendo), It really wouldn't damage/harm them, least not that much due to their amazing regenerative/recuperative abilities.
Case in Point, Hit and Splash can be used interchangeably now when concerning Slimegirls as both are now considered, the correct term to use. Though now, the use of the term Splash carries on a more liquid like connotation while the use of the term Hit will carry a more solidified one; You can use both if those are your intentions equally represented ;).

Nope, Akumuda was a different monster from the same series. It seems your source got mixed up.
"Jamaranen" was her Japanese name, and "Jellax" was used in the English dub.
