Hehe. I wouldn't mind "listening" there with my hand. However a stethoscope wouldn't really pick up much. It should be placed on top of the boobs, not right on the middle.

And I agree a hand would be nice there too, however you're missing the point a bit, I think. Stethoscopes, as most people know, are cold. And when cold things come in contact with a girl's nipples, nippiness and squeaky noises ensue...
