Still pretty sure this is Deku because of the scar on the hand. Also the green lightning. As for why he has a bunch of hands, I'm not sure.

To be blunt this is just a horny drawing, there doesn't have to be any logic to why he has 5 hands, but there's no doubt that it IS Deku's hands. I'm changing it from Tomura to Deku.
