Anon2: Not all forms of blindness prevent movement of the eyes themselves.
And Anon3 got it perfectly right: by feeling her sister's breath, she can get at the very least a vague notion of where to "position" her eyes, even though they provide no "sensory input."
This picture is hot, but it is also caring and soft and gentle, all things I consider (each and of themselves) to add to the beauty of a pic.
