Falkner/Hayato looks a damn lot like Arisato Minato (Persona 3 MC) here, I think it was intended by the artist, due to the fact they also drew Falkner/Hayato holding a gun to his head in the Persona 3 "evoker" style.
I didn't save the picture though, and I saved these pictures along time ago and did not bookmark the website.
