This is the only way i think akuma gets infected:
Ryu fights akuma
Ryu kills akuma
Akuma lays dead on the ground
Zombie or infection gets akuma
Akuma is now zombie like so

Okay, well maybe ryu doesnt have to be the one who kills akuma but my point is, Akuma is too badass to get bitten by zombie. So he must be dead first before zombifying. Why i tell you this? Idk i'm bored and made a back-story to this.
