@Moreyuri: Rei was only 8 in the english dub. the Japanese version, she was 12 upon first encounter in season 1, making her 14 when she was enrolled at DA in season 3.

Why did her boobs go from really small, yet obvious to bouncy-bouncy? Um... growth spurt? =P
