Criticism time. I don't want to sound like the sort of guy that points out all the negatives, but here goes:
Eyes are supposed to be red. She is a Gear, after all, and that is an indicator. There are exceptions (Sol's eyes are yellow, I think. Order Sol's are in the GGXXAC intro movie).
Necro is supposed to be dark green. The design varies a bit from game to game; the wing is black on GGDS.
That is an unrealistic pregnancy. Of course, most of these images are that way.
Her legs are too large. (Then again, they have to be to support that weight.)

So, there is my critique. Hopefully I didn't offend any of you "out there in seat-land," as my teacher Mr. Kaufhold says.
