Having sex with a girl whose membranes are all somewhat translucent, you could look through her. Skin, internal organs, etc.. and just like in this artwork you could see yourself ejaculate inside her, would definitely be an interesting sight.
Not sure if anyone's drawn that yet. Creating detailed drawings of internal organs must be quite the challenge in the first place, I imagine! Would love to see it. Hopefully it won't end up looking too gorey!
