I'm pretty certain Bulbasaur and its evolutions are all reptiles, and would therefore not have any mammaries or nipples.

Actually, dinosaurs are quite different from reptiles. Aside from differences in skeletal structure, it's also been theorized that they were at least partially capable of regulating their own body temperature, though not to the same extent as modern mammals.
