Pretty sure this is a double kill, for any confused. Nanaya's ending in Actress Again. Kouma's hand is quite visibly going through Nanaya's gut and back, and Nanaya appears to be slitting Kouma's throat, if not decapitating him.

Then again, we all know that's not the REAL Kouma. ;D
