I think everyone is just blind or something... They're piercings. Dunno why anyone (even tentadicks) would want that, but that seems to be the case. And she's not impregnated, her back is arched.

I don't think this is Naruko, there's only one visible ponytail, no whiskers, and she has a greenish eye colour as opposed to blue. Just some generic blond girl I think.
