I know, Ramona isn't a lancer, but she's the closest character to looking like this one that I can recall at the moment. The two closest are Yoko and Audrey, but Yoko is older and wears a bandana on her head, while Audrey has short hair and it's more orange.

Eh... I think I'd be cool though, if reclass existed in a VC game. (Can't give an input on the second VC game as I haven't played it yet because it hasn't reached stateside yet.)
